Kelly's Bridal Portraits at the Boathouse

This will be my first blog post on my new blog! I will be posting many more soon, so please be on the lookout. In the meantime, you can check out all of my recent work on my Facebook page. Be sure to "like" it to stay up to date with me!

When I first met Kelly, I knew she would be a good fit for us. She had a very laid back personality, much like myself, and she REALLY wanted me to be her photographer. What made this an even better fit, was her father was actually one of my college professors. I went to school for aviation maintenance before I got into photography, and he was always my favorite teacher. When he called me telling me his daughter was getting married, I only hoped that they would choose me to capture the day. Kelly did not know that we knew each other when she first found me, but she did know that she wanted to book us as she loved our portfolio the most. We were still available on her date and the rest is history!

Now that Kelly and Trey are married, I am excited to share some of my favorites from her bridal portrait session at her wedding venue. We had a great time taking these even though the heat, humidity, and bugs were about to drive us all crazy! The light and sunset were perfect! I hope you enjoy these as much as I do.

Venue : The Boathouse at Front Street Village, Beaufort, NC
